Discount Codes Terms & Conditions of S’whales B.V. If there are discrepancies, the Dutch version of this page shall prevail.

The same conditions apply to the Coupon Code (hereinafter “Discount Code”) of S’whales as to the Discount Code of external sellers, with the distinction that a seller’s discount code is only applicable to the products in their own shop. In contrast, the S’whales discount code can be applicable to all products, a specific product category, or a particular shop, depending on the conditions specified in the coupon code.
General
These terms apply to the use of discount codes provided to you by S’whales B.V. and its business partners on the platform swhales.eu. By using the discount codes from S’whales and its business partners, you agree to the following conditions.
- The author of the review has not purchased the item via swhales.eu.
- Opinions or statements that do not pertain to the product usage experience for product reviews and do not relate to the experience with the selling partner for boutique reviews.
- Remarks exclusively concerning the price, delivery, and/or the selling partner.
- Inappropriate language and hateful statements, such as, but not limited to, insults, discriminatory remarks, racist, sexist, homophobic, or referencing disability or terrorist activities.
- Adding references, whether in the form of URLs or not, to other websites.
- Adding references to discounts, commercial actions, advertising campaigns, or price differences compared to other sellers on swhales.eu or other shops (including online).
7. Commercial content and/or interests unless explicitly mentioned through a separate paragraph. Here are some examples not allowed:
a. The review does not mention that the author has received (even temporarily) the product from a seller or a third party explicitly asking them to write a review about the product.
b. The review does not mention that the author has received financial compensation from a third party to write a review about the article under review.
8. Writing a review about an article where the author is the seller. If it is a privately purchased item not part of the commercial partner’s assortment, the review will be allowed.
Use of the discount code
- The conditions and possibilities for use vary per discount code. Therefore, carefully read the email in which the discount code is mentioned.
- Place one or more items in your shopping cart. If you are logged in, some discount codes will be applied directly to your shopping cart.
- Go to ‘Cart’ or ‘Checkout.’
- After logging in and verifying your details, you can enter the discount code during payment, if necessary (and there is no situation under 2). Enter the code exactly (numbers, letters, hyphens).
- Tip: The discount code will not work if you place an item for which the discount does not apply (as mentioned above under 7) in your shopping cart.
Changes to this terms & Conditions
S’whales may modify or update this Discount Codes Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this procedure are effective when they are posted on this page.
